The minimalist metal wallet is the thing that gets found in a jacket pocket forty years on. Titanium takes a dark mark that looks machined in; carbon fiber takes a fine light one in the weave; leather takes a dark, slightly recessed mark. Initials, small, in a corner, and it is theirs.
